Support Group (Depression)

Service Description

My 6 month program will provide a safe space for a small group to gather every 4 weeks. You will gain the necessary tools you need to help you grow, while you learn about yourself and others. Face your fears, connect with others, and find ways to reduce your symptoms. Group counseling is a cost efficient approach that works in the same effective way as individual counseling. My program was designed with you in mind, in hopes to equally benefit each individual. As a trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral licensed therapist; my mission is to serve all of my clients with care and compassion. If you or someone you love is struggling with trauma or PTSD; my group counseling service is for you. Give yourself the option to heal in a trusting, nurturing, and accepting environment.
